Playground Cleaning

Algae and moss turn safety surfacing into a slip hazard — the opposite of what it was installed for. We clean and treat wetpour and soft-pour playgrounds across the North West, restoring grip and colour without harming the rubber.

Since 2005, we’ve cleaned playground surfaces for schools, nurseries, councils, landlords, property managers and commercial sites properly, safely and without leaving a mess behind.

Trusted by Councils, Schools, & Charities.

The Wrong Clean Costs More Than No Clean.

Wetpour and soft-pour surfacing is engineered to protect children. Cleaned the wrong way, it quietly stops doing that.

What Schools, Councils and Site Managers Say About Us

Maintenance of wet pour playground surfaces

Day to day, wet pour playground maintenance is mostly common sense: remove leaves, litter and loose debris, and clean light marks with a weak detergent. But once dirt, moss, algae and spillages settle into the rubber surface, ordinary cleaning only reaches the top. That is when a professional deep clean makes the difference.

We use specialist machinery and suitable biodegradable cleaning products to clean wet pour and soft pour playground surfaces properly helping restore their appearance, freshen the surface and leave the area cleaner, brighter and more hygienic for the children, staff and visitors who use it.

Routine Care Only Goes So Far

Sweeping, debris removal and light detergent cleaning are useful for everyday upkeep. But they won’t properly remove deep-set grime, algae, moss or contamination sitting within the surface.

Professional Deep Cleaning

We use specialist equipment designed to clean playground surfacing more thoroughly than basic washing. The aim is to lift dirt from the surface without treating wet pour like ordinary concrete.

Biodegradable Cleaning Products

Where needed, we use specialist biodegradable products suitable for outdoor play areas, helping clean and sanitise the surface without unnecessary harshness.

Cleaner, Brighter, Better Kept

A well-cleaned playground looks cared for again. For schools, nurseries, councils and site managers, that matters because people notice the condition of children’s spaces quickly.

How do we get the best cleaning results?

It’s not possible to prevent dirt from getting into your playground, primarily if it’s used often, and partly owing to the UK climate.

What matters is how well and frequently you clean it. Left to deteriorate, a playground can cost considerably more by needing to be replaced. But why undergo the expense of a playground overhaul when you can avoid it by having it cleaned regularly? Get professionals to clean the playground and worry no more about any possible long-term damage to it, or the possibility of parents avoiding it.

And, don’t just have it cleaned, but have the work done by professionals. You only need to contact us today, and we will deep clean the playground you thought was beyond rescue, and have children happily using it again.

As part of our cleaning and disinfecting programs, we also clean fences, adult seating and rubbish bins in and around the play areas. These areas are often overlooked as potential sources of bacteria and viruses.
