There will naturally be dirty water while the work is being done, but we take care with entrances, paths, drains and nearby areas. We clear up properly before we leave.
Usually no, and we’d be wary of anyone who says yes without looking. Most roof tiles aren’t made to take that kind of pressure, it strips their coating and shortens the roof’s life. Moss up there is better scraped and treated. We’ll tell you what’s actually right for yours, even when it’s the less exciting answer.
A tap and a socket nearby make things quicker, so yes if you’ve got them. If the site has no supply, we bring our own. Just tell us when you book so we turn up set up for it.
No. This is a key part of the service. We sheet sensitive plants, collect the bulk of the moss, and thoroughly rinse all paths, patios and driveways before we leave.
Walking, yes. If we’ve treated the surface or it holds water in dips, give it a little longer before the car goes back on. We’ll tell you on the day what yours needs.
That’s lichen and no amount of pressure shifts them on the day. A treatment kills them and they fade out over the following weeks. We’d rather explain that beforehand than blast your drive for an hour and leave you wondering why the dots are still there.
